UC Hope Community Grant Program
To give hope to those in need.
UC Hope Grants:
This program awards small grants of up to $1,000 to projects that are meant to enhance and strengthen the community of Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton.
The Participants:
Each project must have 3 project leaders, one of whom must be a resident of Dilworth, Glyndon or Felton.
The Projects:
There are many possibilities and we encourage creativity! EX) A family in need of repairs to their home so they can stay warm, an individual who needs a ramp for a wheelchair, etc. Help us identify individuals or families who could use help in our community.
The Process:
In order to be considered for a UC Hope Grant, you must fill out a short grant application and attend a short interview that will be scheduled with the UC Hope Board members.
